Bay View ParkThis is the site plan for the Bay View Park Project. The seven building pads will accommodate three 10,000 sq. ft. buildings one 9,200 sq. ft. Restaurant/Bar two 6,000 sq. ft. and one 2,800 sq. ft. drive thru building. We are hoping to build a new Carl's Jr. and Green Burrito on the pad. This site is at the gateway of Camano Island. Plans are now in the works to bring in a four lane hi-way from I-5 due to large traffic volume on the now two lane hi-way which is about 20,000 cars a day that must drive by this site in there travels on and off the Island which is service by a bridge. This site is the first major intersection as you drive onto Camano Island, WA. With another 8.5 acres of commercial property we own across the street, this will become the new hub of Camano Island, WA. We welcome comments and suggestions. One the other side of the street we are panning to build a Gas Station, a large convenience store with a drive thru, a diesel card lock, along with more retail and residential suites as need to meet demand.
