Buildings in the Bay View Park development will start at 3200
square feet for the fast food restaurant with a drive thru to 10,000
square feet. The planned hotel building will be much larger and have a
footprint of about 16,000 sq. feet. All of the buildings in Bay View
Park except the fast food will be two story buildings to take
advantage of the view of Port Susan Bay to the south. In anchor
Bay the buildings will be both single and two story buildings. Local
Stanwood architect designed the two story office building and the main
9200 two story restaurant and bar. The convenience store will have a
fireplace and small deli inside. A small contract US Postal office may
also be placed inside the convenience store. The site will also have a
bank with a drive thru. The office building will be an executive
center where small spaces can be leased and have access to shared
facilities. Below is a description of how the Executive One Power
Center will operate.
Bay View Power Center 
The Executive One Power Center will be a modern
state of the art office networking environment. Concept is simply to provide a
mostly all inclusive modular office space where utilities, internet access,
janitorial services are provided along with conference rooms, restrooms, break
rooms and grounds maintenance is provided. Secretaries will be available to
greet clients and answer telephones when business person is unavailable. Upon
entering the lobby you will encounter a warm friendly entertaining place with
plasma screen televisions displaying the news. The lobby will include seating
areas. The building will have an elevator and stairs to access the second
floor of executive suites. Spaces could be offered for rent on the lower floor
for as little at $299.00 per month or more. For $369.00 and up, space
would include Desk, computer & printer access. The whole building will have
wireless internet and fiber optic cable. Different packages would be available
to choose from.
Each station would have a access to high speed wireless internet and phone line.
Tennant would be responsible for telephone connection fees and ongoing expenses
for their phone service.
The phone calls would go straight to the station and after several rings would
be answered by the lobby secretaries and then forwarded to tenants cell phone or
voice mail. An area could be set up for the public a “Power Track” that
would have several computers also with internet access and printers that could
be rented by the hour.
A retail stationary store would be built into the building and offer mail
services. Each tenant would have a PO Box. An additional hundred or more would
also be available for rent by the general public. People wishing to have a
business office and access to conference rooms and secretarial services, such as
answering phone calls and typing could use the services and have access to
computers and office machines and shared desk space for a reduced fee, say
$199.00 per month. Rentals of this option would be limited to a workable number.
This feature would be for people who normally work at home or out of town, but
need access to professional office space and office address. Limits placed on
per day use if busy. Check in and out for log on. Desk space for floaters would
be on available bases, first come first serve. All personal items would have to
be removed when temporary user leaves floating desk station.
It may be feasible for this Executive Office Center to be home to hundreds of
businesses around the area who simply need a professional mail address and
access to conference rooms and secretary services once in a while. Couriers
service could be available.
The Executive Center could also act as the rental office for the Residential
Suites that could be rented out for short or long term and generate additional
income. The Power Center could also be the management center for the Bay View
Development and the upcoming development at Good Road and SR 532. The
secretaries already funded could be used to manage and track all corporate
entities under our management.
