Development Information & Project Concept for Joint Venture Investment

The combined development when complete could total 100,000 sq. ft. of new commercial space added to Camano Island, WA. The selection of businesses to be included will complement and support one another while capturing community patronage that is now having to go elsewhere for the goods and services they need. Bay View Park will become the new hub for Camano Island and will have the ability to draw from Stanwood to Seattle as well as other northern areas of the state. The Restaurant and Bar will be large enough to be able to sponsor and handle large events. It's menu will have a broad appeal, thus eliminating the veto vote amongst family members and friends who cannot make up there mind as to what they want for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The restaurant and bar's decor will be busy, fun and very interesting. The continuous music, selected by music experts at Touch Tunes will keep the establishment energetic and lively. The fast food restaurant will be selected will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner foods is planed for the project. The Executive One Power Center will provide luxury office space in a shared environment at an affordable price while meeting the needs for business professionals. The networking possibilities, conference facilities, business machines, a prestigious professional business address, stationary store, advanced telecommunications equipment, plasma TVs and secretaries will no doubt be a popular choice for business professionals. With the increases in gas prices and more to follow, more and more people and companies will want locations closer to where people live. Annex operations will become more and more popular in the future. The buildings in Bay View Park project will have architect designed appeal and be economically feasible.
