Fast Food Restaurant Concept

To build a duel brand fast food restaurant like KFC Taco Bell which would be our desired brand or develop a duel brand or our own that will sell Carl’s Jr. quality burgers and mimic Taco Bell for Mexican fast food and prices. The drive thru restaurant will be about 3200 Sq. Feet and have a drive thru facing SR-532. If we develop our own brand, the restaurant would also sell coffee drinks and other breakfast items like Carl’s Jr. breakfast burritos and more, for the substantial number of morning commuters. For lunch and dinner, a limited sub-sandwich menu could be offered as well, such as roast beef dip and pastrami on a French roll. “ A sandwich made like Togo’s” pastrami with the meat piled high will be a huge seller and encourage more repeat and regular patronage. The drive thru restaurant should also sell draft beer, bottled beer, wine and wine coolers. This has worked well for Bob’s Burger & Brew that keeps the place packed. A limited verity of juice drinks could be offered as well like those sold at the popular Jamba Juice. It may be a good idea  replicate top selling burgers from popular franchises. If the concept proves itself, it could be franchised in the future.

The restaurant should have a theme like south western or the shack look as apposed to a boring standard fast food chain with lots of colorful decor, music and flat panel screen televisions. The ceiling would be open with the heating and air conditioning ducts exposed like in a Red Robin.

The restaurant engineer suggested that we use a name that will be a take off from the Narly Jack’s brand. Some examples are as follows: “Jack’s Taco Burgers & Brew”

“Jack’s Shack” with tag line Tacos Burgers and Beverage Co.” “Outback Jack’s”, Jack’s Burger Shack” or something else with a fun sounding name that will be a draw to tourists and locals alike. The tacos pictured below were some of the top winners of the great taco hunt and could be offered as premium tacos.
