Looking for partners with restaurant experience preferred but not required to help open El Pollo Loco restaurants. Our Bay View Park site has a pad for a 3200 sq. ft. with drive thru and hi-way frontage. This site will be able to handle lots of take home business from the endless stream of traffic driving by each day.
