Bay View Park

Bay View Park is County Approved and now ready for building construction. This site is located just west of the Good Road Intersection on the south side of SR-532 and enjoys a great view of Port Susan Bay. The restaurant will enjoy a great view of the bay from the upper out door deck. Bay View Park will be home to seven buildings ranging from 3200 sq. ft. to 10,000 sq. ft. and will be home to two restaurants, two office retail buildings retail and office condos. This project has several hundred feet of hi-way frontage. The underground has already been installed and we can now build all of the buildings. The plans for the new restaurant and the office retail building are fully engineered and wet stamped.
