T R Camano Inc is a Washington State Corporation that was formed about ten years ago. Business practices have include land development, plat development, sub-divisions and residential construction. Currently we are developing two commercial sites in Island County Washington. We are now installing all necessary underground utilities for the two sites totaling 13.5 acres. We are also installing a off-site water and sewer lines. We are bring into the plats all other utilities including cable, phone and natural gas lines. We develop from raw land and handle all aspects of design and government permitting. We have substantial experience with several state and local governmental agencies including the State Department of Ecology, State Department of Health, Department of Transpiration, Department of Natural Resources and off-course all Island County development departments. The new Bay View Park development will included up to 100,000 sq. ft. of new commercial businesses, many of which will be owned and managed by qualified professionals. T R Camano Inc. intends to include a variety of businesses that will complement one another. Our experience will make an investment in Bay View Park a smart choice.
