Drive thru restaurant building We are pursuing a major fast food franchise.
We will be developing mixed use buildings in the remaining building pads that will include retail and retail service space along with office space and residential living units. We will include eight residential living units. We will build eight units in three of the buildings that are on separate lots.
Possible look for division two Anchor Bay at Good Road and SR-532

If county approves new look the site plan below will be redesigned to accommodate.
The site plan below is for Bay View Park which now has most of the site infrastructure in at this point. Expect to be complete by end of 2008. Picture above would be for the new 8.5 acre site "Anchor Bay"
